New Touch Technology provides you a complete Dip Type Pre Treatment Plant Manufacturer from Ghaziabad, India.The dip type pre treatment system process is mainly a chemical cleaning process to remove any type of oil, grease and rust contamination from surface of the component, which is designed according to the chemical composition of the base material, intensity of contaminants and the capacity of various commercially available chemicals.In the Dip Pre Treatment Plant process there is as sequential arrangement of the process tank in accordance with the designed chemical process. The articles are hung onto a load bar or put into a cage/basket and are moved from one to another tank using overhead hoist arrangement with manual control or with the help of PLC controlled transporters.
